Employment and the Workplace
- Equal Employment Opportunity/Nondiscrimination
In appointment and hire, we insist the policy on equal emplosyment opportunity and noe discrimination, including nation, religion, age, nationality, society or national group, sex, political opinion, deformity. We will keep the equal employment in salary, welfare, elevation, purnishment, fire or retire.
- Forced Labour
We don't hire or appoint any forced labour, including prisoner, slave labour, bargain labour or other labours with forced background.
- Child Labour
We don't hire or appoint any child labour under 15 ages or 14 ages defined by the local law.
- Hours of Labour
We will keep 8 hours of labour per day. For the overtime working, we will pay the double salary per hour. The total working time per day doesn't exceed 50 hours.
- Coercion and Harassment
We keep the policy from coercion and harassment. We are respectful of each employee without corporal purnishment, violence threat or other behavours of body, sex, mentality and oral abuse.
- Compensation
We will guarantee to be responsible for and compensate any lost from employee or customers, which has been proved to be our duty during the production and business process.
- Health and Safety
We provide the healthy and safe workroom for all employee, and guarantee they can get the healty drinking water, sanitary equipment, fire control safty and enough illumination and aeration.

We keep the policy on sensitive transactions.
- Commercial Bribery
We guarantte not to breach of the ban on commercial bribery.

We operate the strict policy on accounting controls, procedures and records.
- Use and Disclosure of Inside Information
We will avoid the use and disclosure of inside information, particularly relative with customer's information.
- Confidential or Proprietary Information
We will protect the confidential or proprietary information of customers.
- Conflicts of Interest
Base on conflicts of interest, we insist on the long-term cooperation with customers and deal with conflicts by win-win.
- Fraud and Similar Irregularities
We reject any behavours of fraud and similar irregularities.
Monitoring and Compliance
We accept the monitoring from customers to guarantee the sucessful excutation of items and conditions in S/C.
Inspection and Documentation
We provide the necessary report of inspection and certification base on customers' requirement.
